About us
Cleanliness is a matter of trust
SchauMit is an owner-managed company for building cleaning and services from Kirchheim an der Weinstraße.
SchauMit is run by its owner, Aghaid Alchikh – guided by a simple principle: a job is only finished when the result is truly convincing. We put our name to that, on every assignment and in every property.
As a regional company, we are close to our customers: short lines of communication, quick responses and a dedicated point of contact who knows your property. Instead of anonymous hotlines, you talk directly to the person in charge.
Our range of services extends from daily office and maintenance cleaning to glass, industrial and post-construction cleaning, right through to caretaker and winter services. For every property, we put together the right package – fairly priced and transparently quoted.
Our values
What SchauMit stands for
Reliability
Commitments count. We honour appointments, schedules and agreements – week after week.
Thoroughness
We work carefully – even in the places you only notice on a second look.
Fairness
Transparent quotes, honest advice and fair conditions – for customers and our team alike.
Respect
We treat your premises, your furnishings and your time as carefully as our own.
„Alles muss vor den Augen sauber sein.“
“Everything must be clean before your eyes.”
